Can I get a refund?

We are confident that you’ll love your Meal Planner and stand by this with a 14-day money-back guarantee for new web-based subscriptions.

If you decide that Forks Meal Planner isn’t working for you after trying everything out, simply send an email to support@forksmealplanner.com to let us know. Our team can then assist you with your subscription cancellation and refund.

Please note, the 14-day money-back guarantee only applies to new customers that subscribe to the Forks Meal Planner service via our website or Android applications.

We are unable to offer a money-back guarantee for subscriptions started on iOS / via Apple as all payments and refunds are handled by Apple at their discretion.

To prevent abuse of the guarantee system, we honor the 14-day guarantee for first-time subscribers only. If you were to close your account and request a refund, only to start a new one and request another refund at a future date, we would not be able to honor the second request.
