Do I need to prepare all of the meals on the weekend?

Updated by India McCormick

Our weekend prep guide provides you with instructions on how to prepare the more time consuming steps ahead of time (boiling rice, baking potatoes etc.) so that on the day you make the final recipe, you can do so in no more than 35 minutes.

You should find that weekend prep takes approximately 2 hours, once per week. All recipe cook time estimations are based on a default setting of 1 full portion. Please note that a larger serving size or customized menu may increase weekend prep times.

If however you’d prefer to make the full recipe over the weekend so there’s no prep time at all during the week (other than reheating), you are welcome to do so! Just prepare the full recipes as shown in the instructions on each specific recipe page.
