Will I get enough protein?

Updated by Steven Todd Smith

As long as one consumes enough calories from whole plant-based food, enough protein will be consumed to meet health & fitness needs.

On a plant-based diet, the main calorie sources are fruit, tubers, whole grains and legumes.

Searching out recipes with these foods in your Recipe Box may be helpful, and we encourage adding more as preferred or needed.
